Tuscan Sunset. I get it from Penzeys. I saute them until the tenderness of the vegetables are to my liking. Then I add eggs and top with Parmesan cheese.
I'm-not-a-hippie-I-eat-bacon Scrambled Eggs
3-4 slices of bacon
Salt, Pepper, and Tuscan Sunset
Saute until veggies are tender.
4-6 eggs beaten
Add the eggs and then top with Parmesan cheese.
